Never say you are a failure just because you have not succeeded in your own particular line...It is possible to be a failure in the world and a success in life at the same time. GOD ALMIGHTY often gives HIS most important commissions to the failures because the successful people are too busy to be bothered...... If it seems you are failing in your profession, art or business, do not let it spoil you as a human being, for to fail in your human relationships is the worst failure of all. Being a success as a father, mother, wife, husband, friend or neighbour may count more with THE GREAT JUDGE than success as a doctor, lawyer, banker, school-master, singer or whatever it is you have set your heart upon. The man who does a dull job in a dreary office may not appear to be getting anywhere in the world, but he may be devoting himself to some form of service, to the loving care of an invalid wife, running a club for boys, fighting some personal battle with courage, laying up for himself treasures in heaven. And the woman in that drab little back-street whose clean and pleasant house is an example to her neighbours may be building up a grand place for herself in the many mansions. Never neglect an opportunity in doing a kindness....
