WHAT TYPE OF SEED ARE YOU? No one likes to be out of their comfort zone. Jesus talked about this in John 12 when He gave the parable of the grains of wheat. "But Jesus answered them, saying, “The hour has come that the Son of Man should be glorified. Most assuredly, I say to you, unless a grain of wheat falls into the ground and dies, it remains alone; but if it dies, it produces much grain. He who loves his life will lose it, and he who hates his life in this world will keep it for eternal life. (John 12:23-25). Sometimes the Holy Spirit will move us to talk to someone about Christ. If we act according to this nudge we are as the planted wheat seed and God will move in our lives and bless our obedience. We will bear much fruit (this does not mean we will not have bad days) but if we take it one day at a time our rewards will be great in the end. Are you tuned in to what God is doing in your life or are you just surviving today as the pile of seeds in the storage shed? Why not allow God to plant you in His garden and watch your Spiritual growth happen before your very eyes. Make sure you keep a journal handy because in a few weeks you will go back and read with amazement what He has done. Hang on cause God is fixin to ROCK your world friend and you are going to sing from the mountain tops!
