WHATS ON MY MIND....AFRICAN RENAISSANCE! When you reach a point where you know you couldnt do what you used to do anymore in the same way. What do you do? Youll have to change your own practice but will not yet know how to do that. This is not directed to anyone but to society as a whole and everyone clinging on for the sake of clinging on...to say the least. This also applies to many of our leaders not only in Africa but of the world if/when they are being corrupt and vile, they are supporting countries at war, giving them more ammunition and tools to maim innocent and vulnerable folks including children and women etc...etc...etc...Not to talk of Heads of corporates who cling onto to power for FEAR of the UNKNOWN. One has to be sure that in order to achieve true quality in the world, be in leadership of a country or heading a large corporate or a midget enterprise, you have to know that you are going to have to work at much deeper and deeper levels and personal, think deep and different, omit what needs to be omitted, make changes where possible and make amends with those that you are not serving properly because the People make up a Country, a nation. Make an exit because TRANSFORMATIONL LEADERSHIP of good work & OWNERSHIP of old tools can in a way be enough...KWAMEH NKRUMAH was one of the AFRICAN leaders that ruled and died without being wealthy. Today he is lauded by all in Africa and the rest of the world. What is on my mind today...??? My spin on Renaissance of the RICHEST Continent Africa should be freed and should be lauded and her people (Africa - She Africa). My Thoughts for BHM (Black History Month) It makes me smile to see two sons of former heads of states in Africa trying to live out of the shadow of their fathers. Son of Edy Amin Dada vying for Social Development. He wasnt involved. He was just a son but what haunted him was what his father did and many fathers keep doing the same. Putting God first and doing what God asks us to do will be a good start for EVERYONE. The light you work here will be the one that follow you to the hereafter. NLK on BHM (October 2013)
