WHATS THE BIG DEAL? Is there anything wrong with a hubby helping his wife with house chores if he is available? I mean cleaning, laundry, etc. How about looking after children? Some hubbys have said it is against their culture so they will never be found doing so even if their wife needs help. I think thats a terrible😳 mindset but thats just me! Others say that its their wifes duty, she is the homemaker, so why should they help? Its a bit strange to me. Its your home, they are your children so whats the problem if you have to do it? Others say their father never did it, and all was well in the home (or so they think) so why should they? Others say this person doesnt do it, that person doesnt do it. In fact, so many reasons! Each home dynamic is different; you cant run your home exactly like any other family. It seems like such a big deal so I will like to know what you think. As a wife, do you consider it necessary or helpful for you? As a hubby, your comments will be much appreciated. Particularly if you claim to be a christian, why does your culture or any thing else have more rule over you than Gods Word? My hubby is ever busy but when he can, he is very helpful with the kids, other things and its something I really really appreciate. Please let me know your thoughts on this!
