::WHATS THE T.O.D?:: 10.2.14-I Didnt Want A Black Daughter! Have you heard? A Chicago area sperm bank is being sued by a white woman from Ohio who is upset because she was sent vials of sperm from an African American man which was not what she requested. She is suing the facility for wrongful birth and breach of warranty, saying the error has caused her significant economic and emotional distress. The woman, who is a lesbian, says that although they love their mixed race daughter, they wont be able to relate to the struggles she will face as a half-back girl with two mothers. The mothers claim they live with anxiety & fears of their mixed daughters future, theyve had to relocate so their daughter could be accepted into the community & they even have to drive to another city to get their daughters hair done. She also admits to never meeting a black person until college. What do you think about this? Will suing the sperm bank cause the daughter to feel a certain way once shes old enough to understand?
