#$#$# WHATS UP BEAUTS! #$#$# Many of you have been asking Whats a CHIPPER? A CHIPPER is a workout that combines Bodyweight exercises and some light Olympic Lifting exercises at a HIGHLY INTENSE degree. It will increase ALL TYPES OF FITNESS, STRENGTH, POWER, ENDURANCE, CALORIE BURN, LEAN MUSCLE GROWTH and MAJOR CORE STABILITY!.... No more crunches to get a six-pack It will decrease BODY FAT, BELLY SIZE, SLUGGISHNESS, BOREDOM and RISK OF CONORARY HEART DISEASE/DIABETES. I instruct my clients to make my workout SAFE and EFFECTIVE and I can make these workouts suit ANY LEVEL OF FITNESS! Another way of explaining a CHIPPER would be - Blowing through your arse like a mother-licker! - Sent in from Luke, 25, from North Wales Its one of those workout that is NOT easy.... But ask anyone whos tried it and theyll tell you ITS WORTH IT!!!! Heres what we did today! For time: 10 rounds of - 10, 9, 8, 7, 6, 5, 4, 3, 2, 1 reps of... Muscle Snatches 20kg/27.5kg Deadlifts 20kg/27.5kg Press-up Chest-touches Thrusters 20kg/27.5kg (Womens weight/Mens weight) Every round I followed by 20 reps of Air Squats (that means NO WEIGHT SUCKERS... Thank god ) I felt a bit guilty about a cracker-bread I had 3 weeks ago so thought Id knock the weight up to 32.5kg for this one. My time came to around 18.27 but its not about the time when youre there. Its about GETTING THE WORKOUT DONE! Comments, Positive AND Negative are both welcome and WILL NOT be deleted. For any of you who are instructors or just simply know what youre talking about, please be honest on my form, any positive OR negative aspects of these workouts. Just please know Im working on any faults I know about e.g. The butt-wink Also, please ensure you have better form than Rich Froning (Current Reebok Crossfit Champ) or Zoe Smith (2012 London Olympics Athlete) or at least recognise that you have faults yourself before you type something that may make you look foolish later on. I know Im not perfect, but Im closer than I was yesterday.
