WHATS YOUR FRIENDSHIP BASED ON? Modern friendship; you can’t really understand the motive behind making friends these days. We tend to stray from the actual reason why we make friends. Recently I’ve been hearing this fuss “friends with benefits”, “no strings attached”, “mugu or maga”, and so on. We seem to have adopted a new system of friendship. And we most a times confuse friendship for love, and love for friendship. Now let’s come down to our level the 9ja level. When you tell someone you like them, the term “chyking” comes into play. Let’s face it like and loves is two different things and have different contextual meaning. Here, we go straight to the point throwing lines like “hey, baby! How far? How was your day? Nne do you I love? Ever since I saw you …………” you know the rest watch that kind of love it has an expiry date. It’s either that the chyker or chykee needs space, time or wants a breakup. Leading to increasing number of breakups Lol though on the other hand You see the girls talking about mugus or magas LOL which is an accumulated list of guys on their beck and call, ready to do anything for them; married men are not left out. Okay why am I typing this? What kind of friendship are in? Have you misunderstood like for love or love for like? All the same lets try to mend our ways, and change the perspective we have about friendship
