WHATS YOUR OPINION DEAR??? I checked my dictionary this morning to understand more about the word OPINION and was bemused with the first definition it gave about Opinion. It defines Opinion, as a view or judgement not necessarily based on fact or knowledge.(CONCISE ENGLISH DICTIONARY). I have come to understand that many times the sole reason why we dont do things or why we stop things halfway is because of peoples opinion about that particular thing. We share goals, vision, ideas which came dip down from us with so called friends and because of their opinion we abandon wonderful ideas because Somebody says we cant do it. Myles Munroe once said, Satan uses those closet to us, whose opinions we value to get us to waste our potentials. Jesus was able to fulfill his mission here on earth because he never regarded peoples opinion not even that of Peter. John 2:24-25 says But Jesus would not entrust Himself to them, for He knew all men. He did not need mans testimony about man, for He knew what was in man. Many of us will never get satisfaction in what we do until we hear from people that we did well but the best satisfaction you need is to tell yourself that you were great no matter what others think. We do not disregard peoples advice or opinion about what we do but it should not be the final piece of jigsaw. Our final conviction should come from our spirit through the help of the Holy Spirit. You never can tell an artist that a particular painting is not beautiful when the painting is still in process, wait until Hes through. Same applies to you, Youre the artist of your life and no matter what others think, youre headed for the best design of your life if you believe in yourself. Forward and share with friends.
