WHATSINITKIDS cupcake Chocolate chip and Strawberry cupcakes 1/2 punnet strawberries (pulsed in a processor) 125g Butter , softened 110g coconut sugar 2 eggs 1 teaspoon vanilla 2 cups of spelt flour 125 ml of rice milk 1 teaspoon baking powder 2 tablespoons cacao powder 100g white chocolate chips 100g dark chocolate chips - HOW TO - -Pre heat the oven to 170degrees -Melt butter and add coconut sugar, vanilla, and eggs and beat till fluffy. -Add all other ingredients except the choice chips and beat for 1 minute -Stir in chips -Divide into 14 -16 patti pans. Depending on how big you make them and bake in the oven for 15 -18 minutes. Let them cool and enjoy. Children will be none the wiser they are eating strawberries. (insert evil laugh here)
