WHEN I SEE HER When I first see her If she is sitting down I will take her hand And beckon her to stand And kiss her on the crown! If she is standing I will give her an embrace I have waited all week To find the softness of her cheek And kiss her about the face When I first get to hold her She will receive all my love I will do her no harm Her winter will turn warm The push will not need a shove When I love her for the first time There will be softness underneath The kindling of a spark Making day out of dark Rising and falling with each breath In the morning when we arise We will still feel the joy She will hold in her arms The solid evidence of my charms Will it be a girl or a BOY!!
