WHEN SILENCE IS NOT GOLDEN(PART TWO) Silence is not golden when - TopicsExpress

WHEN SILENCE IS NOT GOLDEN(PART TWO) Silence is not golden when Nigerian politicians who tour the White House, USA, and post the pictures of sitting in the Oval Office on social media so proudly do yet have not toured the Aso Rock and post pictures of sitting in the Presidential Office with equal pride. Silence is not golden when the average Nigerian has no mental picture of Aso Rock yet has a vivid one of the White House. Silence is not golden when the Nigeria flag adorning federal government MDAs are worn out yet those who head them claim patriotism. Silence is not golden when the DELTA BEYOND OIL which is a paper document that has no manifestations is now a campaign tool of a retired and tired guber aspirant supported by a mediocre government. Silence is not golden when a governor that has consistently made the best of Isoko sons look small by starving the Emore road of the needed funds is now being applauded by those who want him as a senator of the federal republic of Nigeria. Silence is not golden when the Oleh leaders could prefer a tired and uninnovative former House of Assembly member to a young man of energy and innovative ideas. Silence is not golden when TINAPA and OBUDU Cattle Ranch are hardly seen in the holiday pictures of those who claim to love Nigeria. Silence has never been golden in troubled times. If it was, the biblical Esther wouldnt have left her comfort zone to go before her husband, the king, at such a dangerous time. If silence has been so golden, Dora Akunyili wouldnt have dared Evil Nigerians on two critical occasions of Nigeria history. Silence is not golden right now, fellow Nigerians! Happy weekend, everyone!
