WHEN WILL IT CONCERN YOU ? It does not concern me When will it concern you ? Is it when there are no more fishes in the river to kill, Is it when there are no more animals in the bush to hunt, Is it when there are no more food to eat, Is it there are no more water to drink, Is it when there are no more boutique,hotel & hotel to go to , Is it when your empire is affected, Or is it when your families life are at stake e.t.c. When exactly will that time be when you will be concerned ? Our lifes are at stake & you are still not moved Innocent people are dieing in hundreds upon hundreds And you pretend not to know whats happening, You pretend not to hear the cry of the innocent ones Instead for you to help us out these delima of ours, you still force us to comit crimes because of your selfish ambition. You intimidate us because you have power, You kill us just to possess more power and wealth, You make our life miserable. We are living in fears and pains, our children are dying, Our future leaders are been murdered day in day out And the only thing you think of is how to hold meetings upon meetings on how to collect the little we have worked for and fight for power And yet you still turn dead ears to our cry( it does not concern me ) WHEN WILL IT CONCERN YOU ? NIGERIA is for me and you.
