WHEN WOULD THE NDC ACCEPT RESPONSIBILITY FOR THEIR RECKLESSNESS - TopicsExpress

WHEN WOULD THE NDC ACCEPT RESPONSIBILITY FOR THEIR RECKLESSNESS AND INCOMPETENCE.? The Ghana cedi witnessed unprecedented depreciation against the dollar and other major trading currencies since the inception of the Mahama led administration, the NDC/government instead of taking responsibility for their inability to keep the cedi in stable condition rather went on and blame high rise buildings, evil dwarfs for the depreciation. In fact, Kofi Adams, current national organizer of the NDC without a shame sat on peacefm and said Dr Bawumia and the NPP should be blame for it just because the NPP redenominated the cedi in 2007,an analogy common sense will not accept. The early part of 2013 saw a rise in fire outbreaks that ravaged most of our markets and other public properties in the country. The President boldly declared it was as a result of arsonists although there were no concrete proofs to that effect. NDC communicators and serial facebookers without evidence repeatedly blamed the opposition NPP for sabotaging the progress of government. Some tribalist government officials like Clement Apaak and Murtala Mohammed even said the NPP is sabotaging Mr Mahama because he is from the north. In the midst of that needless blame game approach, the President for reasons best known to his government used Ghanaians taxpayers monies and imported fire ‘experts’ from the USA to tell Ghanaians why these fires were consuming our markets. After several months of their investigations and subsequent report, is almost two years now and we are yet to know the content of that report. On Tuesday morning, January 13th,2015. We heard the sad news about the biggest drug storage and distribution outlet in Ghana been ravaged by fire. The Ghana Fire Service in its preliminary investigation said the medical warehouse might have caught fire as a result of burning bush nearby it, on the other hand, the interior minister,Mr Mark Wayongo in his attempt to as usual exempt government from blames said he aint gonna rule out arsons and saboteurs regarding it. Individuals and private entities insures their properties so that in nightmares like this they can seek salvage and solace from their insurance partners but unfortunately we are told by the PRO of the ministry of health that the medical warehouse wasnt insured. Now, who will Mr Mark Wayongo blame for the warehouse not being insured? Will Clement Apaak and Murtala Mohammed as usual blame political saboteurs for sabotaging Mr Mahama just because he is the son of jakpa for government reckless decision not to insured the medical warehouse? The NDC must learn to accept the responsibility for their recklessness and incompetence rather than blaming political opponents for their woes and recklessness.
