Rutherford EMC Has a Capital Credit Check for Them...In December,2010, a general retirement of capital credits was made to Rutherford EMC members who received services during 1987 and 1988. Unfortunately, many of these checks were returned to us by the postal service. If you know any of the folks listed here, please tell them to contact any of our offices so they can claim their refund. In case, the member is deceased, the legal representative of the estate should make an application for this check and the full amount of capital credited to that persons account. Due to limited space, full addresses of unclaimed capital credit checks have not been printed. All towns listed are located in North Carolina unless printed otherwise.
