WHERE DO MILITANT MUSLIMS get the ideas for their cruelty? ANSWER: From the Quran ‘The recompense of those who wage war against Allah and His Messenger and do mischief in the land is only that they shall be killed or crucified or their hands and feet be cut off from opposite sides or be exiled from the land-Surah 5:33, The Noble Quran.’ While this translation says to cut off hands and feet, my understanding of the Arabic meaning is to cut off the entire arm and leg, just as they did in to the Egyptian villagers. Yes, this is happening in the twenty first century. (Mark Gabriel, 2000, “Islam and Terrorism,” Lake Mary, FL: Frontline, A Strang Company, 182-183). Yes, I do believe as Catechism of the Catholic Church says that Muslims “profess” to worship the God of Abraham. However, this is not the face of a God of Mercy and Compassion, nor is it the God that is in Jesus Christ.
