WHERE???? (is that the Real Question?) VC (Vision Council) has a difficult job! .... (I sometimes call it Fishing Council) I remember 02 Mi. and the consensus (a consensus of WORDS) that is all it really is. In 02 it was determined (what words would come out of the sit-down) and it was only one day to come to it. Many folks think it was one word UTAH, wrong, .... what it was was a bio-region that one bro (Daniel) discovered that fit what was needed word wise for that council, it was the essence of simplicity {{{{{ The Great Basin }}}}}} .... it was clear and crisp and to the point, but still left the necessary latitude for scouting flexibility.
