WHO DO YOU NEED TO BECOME? When I speak to fellow colleges, business owners, and entrepreneurs I often get questioned on how I deal with problematic, unreasonable, difficult, or uncooperative clients (agents). My response is “I don’t, because I don’t have those problems. One of the greatest lessons I learned was the ability attract the individuals I want to work with. When I became certain of who I was, I attracted those that complimented my life and profession. But before I was able to do that, I had to ask myself one important question “who do I need to become” in order to attract this agent base on a consistent basis. I then began the work and I developed that skill set and mindset to deliver on that value. Once I attract them, I over deliver and repeat the cycle. An amazing thing happens…I love what I do because of the people I work with. Do you?
