WHO HEADS LIBERIA AND IN CONSULTATION WITH WHOM? The President and the Vice President are out of the Country! President Sirleaf in her letter to the Senate informed plenary that Dr. Edward McClain will act in consultation with the vice President during her absence and said communication was received and noted by plenary while in Ireland attending the GA summit. At the same time, The Vice President Joseph Boakai, in a separate communication to the senate also informed the body that he too was traveling to the US to meet with the Liberian community. So are we safe?
