WHO IS A PROPHET? PROPHET MUHAMMAD?Good morning my facebookers, i am going to dealt on a spiritual concept, and indeed a gift uses by God to manifest His manifold presence toward us His ppl. Who is a Prophet? I asked this important question because some of my muslim friends couldnt reason to knw who the Prophets are. Some relegate Prophets to men that appears with a book, and then limits themselves with its content which they have written poetically and liturgistically. They could neither again Prophecy nor Prophesy, but the content of their written book is all there is for all the Prophesy they could give. This is a bad Prophet. Prophets are not meant to only write Quran and present it as evidence of a their Prophethood. They could go beyond that because Prophets are a vehicle. The lord moves them as it pleases Him for His own purpose. They are meant to Prophesy till their last breath. As i was pondering over this rear gift of God, i suddenly had a direction of who the Prophets are. Remember before i had a thought over this, i never knew anything about Prophets, but God through His mercy and grace was able to teach me some of these things...... These are ways and manner of Prophets: (1)Prophets are the weakest in the flesh.SHORT DESCRIPTION. It is because of that that they were made manifest in the Spirit. Prophets are connected to God through their Spirits. Man is made up of Spirit, Soul and Body(flesh), but when they Prophesy the flesh profits nothing here>>( John 6 vs 63 "it is the Spirit that quickeneth; the flesh profiteth nothing: the words that i speak unto you, they are Spirit, and they are life") eventhough it is the mortal mouth that speaks, yet it is a vehicle that is superficial and less significant>>(Act 2 vs 17 "and it shall come to pass in the last days, saith God, i will pour out of my Spirit upon all flesh: and yours Sons and your daughters shall prophesy, and your young men shall see visions, and your old men shall dream dreams..) further references; Rom 6 vs 19, Rom 7 vs 18, Rom 8 vs 5, Rom 8 vs 8-9, 1st Peter 3 vs 21, 1st Peter 4 vs1. (2)Prophets are unstable. The unstabilities of Prophets are predicated on the fact that they are transient sometimes in the realm of the spirit. They are connected of God, but not everytime u expect a Prophet to Prophesy. This might sound funny to most believers because we are used to titles. When u meet a Prophesy he establishes wat God had previously ordained or he speaks with an issue of heart or mind but not of brain. He goes back and forth between the message of heaven and the predictions of men, but we knw all things because christ has strenghthens us through His Spirit>>(1st John 2 vs 20 "But ye have an unction from the Holy One, and ye knw all things). Now those sayings like "he is Unstable", as i just said, are not subject to error. Some might question the use of the word "unstable" but am trying to make all things here unique in a spiritual dimension. This is not a chemistry class, therefore when we flow in the spirit, chances of error became almost non-existence>>( 1st john 2 vs 27 "But the anointing which ye have receieved of Him abideth in you, and ye need not that any man teach you: but as the same anointing teacheth you of all things, and is truth, and is no lie, and even as it hath taught you, ye shall abide in Him) futher references; John 15 vs 15, john 16 vs 30, 2nd Peter 1 vs 3, 1st John 2 vs 20, 1st John 3 vs 20 (3)Prophets are 3 dimensional. This is the point and topic i really personally want to emphasizes here. When u meet Prophets u meet and sees the ability of God. He who has seen jesus has seen the Past, the Present and the Future. I used the word 3 dimensions to emphasizes these points. Prophets are made efficient when God fully and expressibly manifest Himself on them, and when it does, everything became open. Every hidden things are as clear as crystal. Men wouldnt escape judgement of its deemed neccessary at that point in time. First of all a Prophet would show u your past, he would present ur conditions as it is today, and he will Prophesy the future. I think i will be blunt here. Any Prophet that couldnt occasionally, in a different circumstances, when those "needs" needed to be dealt with, but couldnt presents ur case this way is NOT a prophet. These are unique aspect of Prophets so i should be very careful.( i wont give references frm the scripture here and further subsequent steps of ways and manners of Prophets, in my own mind, doesnt think it needs reference frm the Holy scripture, it explains itself) (4)Prophets are not welcomed. (5)Prophets represents the unspoken deep things of God. (6)Prophets are perculiar, some prophecy(predicts) more than they prophesy. (7)Prophets arouse in the midst of ppl with less vision, they brings edification and comforts. (8)Prophets are like winds, they may appear where they are not needed.
