WHO IS AFRAID OF BUHARI? Really? I have observed this question bandied around as headers of a couple of articles across social media of late... I think the more appropriate, cogent and concise question is not, Who is afraid of Buhari?, ...but, Who is afraid of a repeated history of darkness; official darkness spotlighting indiscriminate executions, selective tribal punishment, selective ethno-religious punishment, economic and management ignorance, a toxic arrogance fueled by military propensity, wizard and witch-hunting of perceived antagonists...official waste and garbage? ...it should be a questionnaire which does not fail to ask this; Who is afraid of reliving an era three decades strong in past memory, when we are heralded by a corporate hope of a New Nigeria? Who is afraid of analog when digital is being left behind by nanotechnology gradually? Who is afraid of Christopher Columbus when modern men are filled with the desire to have breakfast in the Earth and pull the duve over their bodies at night on the Moon? #VoteGEJ2015 #TheCampaigninghastarted
