WHO IS YOUR MASTER THAT YOU SERVE? WHO DO YOU HONOUR WITH YOUR WEALTH? PERSECUTION INEVITABLE!!! No servant can serve two masters; for either he will hate the one and love the other, or else he will be devoted to one and despise the other. You cannot serve God and wealth. Now the Pharisees, who were lovers of money, were listening to all these things and were scoffing at Him. And He said to them, You are those who justify yourselves in the sight of men, but God knows your hearts; for that which is highly esteemed among men is detestable in the sight of God. Luke 16:13-15 Who is your master? You better know that you are a slave to whomsoever you serve or whatsoever has mastered you! Think of your lives folks. Whether you like it or not, you do have a master and some of you may have masters; and I am not meaning degrees, I mean things or people in your life that you have become a slave to! One thing I know is that you cannot serve God and money or any other master. Your loyalty to one will suffer! I urge you to submit only to God! Lord, Help my family, myself and all who love you sincerely to submit only to You; so that You alone will be and remain our Master in Jesus Name. Amen!!! Honor the LORD with your wealth, with the firstfruits of all your crops; then your barns will be filled to overflowing, and your vats will brim over with new wine. Proverbs 3:9,10 NIV If the Lord Blesses you materially, it is in your best interests to remember the Lord first in thanksgiving! Therefore, honour the Lord with your wealth and the firstfruits of all you have been blessed with. Thus, you will overflow continuously in His Blessings in Jesus Name. This requires wisdom; especially in this age when many servants of God use human intellect to take your money and prevent you from blessing those who God Wants you to bless! Father, Give us wisdom to give according to Your Will in Jesus Name. Amen!!! And the Levite, (because he hath no part nor inheritance with thee) and the stranger, and the fatherless, and the widow, which are within thy gates, shall come, and shall eat and be satisfied; that the LORD thy God may bless thee in all the work of thine hand which thou doest. Deuteronomy 14:29 KJV Make provision for the Lords servant as God Leads you to purpose in your heart or as He Directs you to do and you will be forever replenished in Jesus Name. Also, remember the needy; that you may bless them and be Blessed in return from Heaven above in Jesus Name. God Will always Bless you as you give to the needy and the servants of the Lord! Open our eyes o Lord; that we may give those You Want us to give in Jesus Name. Amen!!! (20) And they brought them to the magistrates, and said, These men, being Jews, exceedingly trouble our city; (21) and they teach customs which are not lawful for us, being Romans, to receive or observe. (22) Then the multitude rose up together against them; and the magistrates tore off their clothes and commanded them to be beaten with rods. (23) And when they had laid many stripes on them, they threw them into prison, commanding the jailer to keep them securely. (24) Having received such a charge, he put them into the inner prison and fastened their feet in the stocks. (25) But at midnight Paul and Silas were praying and singing hymns to God, and the prisoners were listening to them. Acts 16:20-25 As long as you are a follower of Jesus Christ, you will experience persecution in one way or the other! How you react to persecution matters to God and for the sake of your faith! Many are the afflictions of the righteous but the Lord Delivers them from them all! Look at the example above. Isnt God Good? No matter how the enemies may gather, just stick with the Lord and keep calling His Name, you will have victory and be vindicated. Thank You Lord Jesus because I have You!
