WHO KILLED CLAYTON MILLER?...20 Quick Points Please consider that these are just 20 points, taken by an outside observer, from information available online, and confirmed as accurate by the Miller family. These points may help answer the question above. New Waterford Police deny ever having Clayton in their custody. 1) Clayton was last seen being put into a police vehicle during a raid at “the nest” (an outdoor area where young people gathered to party), in New Waterford, N.S., on the night of May 4, 1990. 2) Others detained at the police station that night saw a young man resembling Clayton, alone and unconscious in a cell, on a TV monitor. 3) A New Waterford Police ofc. (officer) who was on duty that night told a member of his family that Clayton was at the station when he left there that night. 4) Despite multiple calls from the Millers to police regarding their missing son, police denied receiving any calls from them, and definitely did not search for Clayton. 5) Very early on the morning of May 6, 1990, multiple police vehicles, and the personal vehicle of one the ofc.’s involved, were seen at “the nest” in the exact area where Clayton’s body would be found in a shallow stream, hours later. 6) After Clayton’s body was found, by friends looking for him, police allowed, and in fact helped, Mr Miller to remove Clayton’s body from the stream. They did not preserve the scene, take any photographs, or call the coroner. 7) When he was found, Clayton was lying face down, with his left hand twisted up high on his back, and his right hand curled near his throat, as if trying to remove something from around his neck. This is hardly the position a person would assume if falling forward...but more likely if being held in a choke hold. 8) Despite an overnight snowfall on Sat. Night, there was no snow found on Clayton’s body. There were also no insect bites found, which should have been present if he’d been there for approx. 36hrs, as police claim. 9) A NWP ofc. testified, and others have stated, that there was no body in the stream when he/they passed by there on Saturday, May 5. Clayton was wearing a bright red sweatshirt. 10) Clayton’s upper body contain a large amount of “cold patch” asphalt type material, both under his clothing, and on his face and neck. No such material was found in the stream. 11) Invoices from the ambulance company don’t match with what the Miller family have been told, with regards to the transportation of Clayton’s body. 12) Four NWP officers, all of whom had been involved in the raid, stood over the doctor while Clayton’s autopsy was being performed. Multiple police officers are very rarely, if ever, seen at an autopsy. 13) One of the officers tried three times to gain access to Clayton’s body in the morgue, offering different explanations for why, each time. Clayton’s wallet and keys were not found on his body. 14) When he was found, Clayton’s nose was broken, teeth were missing, his lip was split open, his face, forehead and body were very badly bruised. On his wrists were marks that clearly resembled handcuffs...explained by the police as made by his wristwatch. At the time of his death, Clayton didn’t wear a watch. 15) The doctor who performed the original autopsy told the Millers that in his home country of Nigeria, the family would just kill the police in case such as this. 16) Both of Clayton’s elbows were dislocated, although this wasn’t noted in the original autopsy...nor were the missing teeth or a large gash behind his left ear. 17) Clayton’s brain is missing and unaccounted for. 18) A specific cause of death has never been determined, although an American expert doctor has told the Millers that Clayton most likely died in a choke hold. 19) One of the NWP officers involved in the raid was heard confessing to having killed Clayton, after being told by his doctor that he was dying of kidney cancer. The doctor had read the wrong x-rays, and the ofc. survived. Nothing came from the confession. 20) The officer who confessed to killing Clayton was the son of the police chief, and had been previously dismissed from the RCMP. “JUSTICE FOR CLAYTON MILLER”
