WHO SHOULD I MARRY, WALE OR ELIJAH? Please forgive me if my english is poor. I was 13 when I loss my dad, then, I was in primary 6. My grandma took me to stay with her in somewhere around Iju, Lagos. She said education is gold and she cant send me to school, I cried and thought about it for 3 years, cant imagine myself being an illiterate, I have no option, I accepted my fate. She said I should learn fashion design. At 16, I met Wale (a Journalist at 22) who encouraged me to learn fashion design and forget about education, saying I can become what I want to become with or without education. I became apprentice at 17. Wale is tall and handsome, he gave me hope that I could be something great through my profession, education does not guaranteed riches, he said. At 20, Ive started collecting job on my own, sowing it at home with the sewing machine my grandma bought for me. Wale always there for me. I have know Wales family, his parent were planning to come to my grandma to ask for my hand in marriage. At 22, I met Elijah (an IT Specialist at 28), the 3rd day I met Elijah, while gisting, he discovered that my english was poor, and asked about my educational background, I told him am a primary 6 passed out. Elijah convinced me to have education, he said I must go back to school. I told him I cant because education is expensive, he promised to send me to school but I told him am into a 5 years relationship, but Elijah never listen. The following week we met, he enrolled me into 2 different tutorials, one preparing me for WAEC and other lesson starting from where I stopped in primary 6. He paid for both lesson and paid for next year WAEC. As time goes on, I decided to forget about Wale because he never discuss education with me throughout our courtship. Though I love Wale, it takes me plenty of time to totally forget about him. Ive begin to love education, tough but enjoyable. Elijah always come to take me at home in the evening after my 2 classes, he teaches me how to pronounce words. He gave my profession a suitable title- seamstress. When Wale knew about it, he was mad, he called me on phone and started crying and begging me not to leave him, but I have decided never to have anything to do with Wale because am already planning my life with Elijah that I met within 3 weeks. After a month and half that I have left Wale, Wales family came to my house to tell grandma all what has happened, when all have been said, they all came up with a yoruba proverb that says- a devil one have know for ages is better than an angel one just met. So I was asked to beg Wale, I did and they all came up with a suggestion that I should not allow Elijah in my premises again, because he came to mislead me. I told Elijah that very day that I have decided to go back to Wale, Elijah cried like a baby, and asked me if I will continue my studies, I said no because I have been warned not to have anything with him again. Am now planning my wedding with Wale and Elijah still disturbs me on phone. WHAT SHOULD I DO? Urgent respond please
