WHO WILL PROTECT OUR BORDERS ? District Collectors of Mayurbhanj, Sundargarh, Malkangiri and Ganjam are persons who are not residents of Odisha! All these districts are border districts where only Odiya officers at District Levels should be posted as per Govt. of Odishas standing instructions ! Obviously NaPa and KaPa are least bothered about such irregular postings ! Is there a shortage of Odiya officers ? There are ongoing border disputes with neighbouring states which need to be settled!
