WHOOOOOO HOOOOOOOO Thank You Facebook family for your prayers on my class at the Alvis house tonight! It went totally different from last week and I stayed an extra hour! The girls were excited and even want for me to ask if they may do their required community service hours to help me to fix up my In the Name of Justice sober homes when they are ready! I even called Miss Tibbs from my favorite real deal sober home up now and placed one girl who is AMAZING and getting out in two weeks! I gave them a list of places that I found at IMPACT that will rent to felons as I have been having issues with that myself! They made copies! We talked all about visions boards to draw, plan and speak our reentry success into existence! They were all moved my my story of how I did not follow house rules and lost my babies to the system due to going back to prison and they said they cant wait for me to come back next Sunday. Boredom and no purpose is what the girls expressed to me was a HUGE trigger to going back to old people places and things and they want to work with me to avoid that and to stay busy!!! I feel so blessed right now! Miss Tibbs sober home fundraiser fish fry is this weekend and she is sending me the link to share with my Facebook Family tomorrow! Hands up for sober homes and teaching my people Returning Citizens to fish! Joshua Lint thank you for giving me a pep talk before I left tonight and you are right I am supposed to be doing this at the house!
