WHY ARE MIDDLE MARKETS IMPORTANT TO OUR COUNTRY, OHIO’S 15TH? Middle markets – defined as a company with annual revenue between $10 million and $1 billion – produce 1/3 of private sector GDP, make up 90 companies in Ohio’s 15th District and employ over 32,000 Ohioans. That’s why, last week, I joined Congressman Jared Polis (D-CO) to launch a caucus to help give a voice and raise awareness through research and education to this vital sector of our economy.
