WHY DONT WE CARE ABOUT OUR HEALTH? Then: I want to find out why we dont care about our health? More than 90 per cent of us are wilfully damaging our health and shortening our lives with poor diet, lack of exercise, lack of sleep and poor choices with regards to booze and fags - why? Do we think were invincible? Does having a free health service give us a false, psyschological safety net? Or maybe we dont want to live a long, healhy but ever so slightly dull life?
