WHY GO TO LONG BEACH? Well. I joined Nerium 22 months ago because I fell in love with THE RIPPLE and all the life changing movements Jeff Olson stands for in the community engaging others to live The Slight Edge to Happiness, Beauty & Health! The month I went to my first GET REAL BIG EVENT I had just taken over a Special Education Class at Kennedy High School and needed that extra positivity in my life since I never had taught kids with Autism and was a little uncertain with myself. In that Classroom I met this Champion Oscar The Great Patricio. Through many friends in Nerium and here on Facebook he was one of my 118 kids who was given a copy of The Slight Edge & Success for Teens because of The Ripple we engaged in via Nerium! Oscar at first was a pretty reserved dude but alot of these books and our real deal classroom conversations with other Slight Edge Teens unleashed a really funny, loving, interesting, super smart dude! Unfortunately this year Oscar got the news he had Cancer which was not the easiest to hear of and mentally deal with as a Teacher who loves him and his Future so it was quite a shock! Most importantly this year has been extremely difficult on him but through all his hard work, doctors and nurse care, non negotiable belief, better eating habits, my obnoxious bibliotherapy with him which I thank him for allowing I CAN PROUDLY SAY Oscar is Cancer Free and he wanted to say thank you to all of you for your support this year and cant wait to meet you in Long Beach!!!!
