Proof of legal residency in Belize (5years), under section 10 • Providing proof with a permanent residence card • passport should be stamped for 5 yrs consecutively probably with work permits to show those five years residing legally in the country 2. HIV?VDRL tests 3. Original and copies of applicant’s birth certificate or passport to identify her/himself. 4. Original and copy of residence card or passport if stamped on passport. 5. Marriage to a Belizean (section 4 and 5) • one year after marriage and has to proof with a dependant’s permit stamped in the passport • marriage certificate • Spouse’s birth certificate or passport Married to a Belizean before 1981. (section 4 and 5) By Descent (section 4 and 5) • Parents or grandparents birth certificate • Applicant’s birth certificate
