Praise God in his sanctuary; praise him in his mighty heavens! Praise him for his mighty deeds; praise him according to his excellent greatness! Praise him with trumpet sound; praise him with lute and harp! Praise him with tambourine and dance; praise him with strings and pipe! Praise him with sounding cymbals; praise him with loud clashing cymbals! Let everything that has breath praise the LORD! Praise the LORD! Let them exalt Him also in the assembly of the people, And praise Him in the company of the elders. - (Psalm 107:32) 1. Praise will bring judgment upon the enemy. 2. It will bind and put chains on the enemy 3. Praise will bring vengeance against the enemy who is trying to destroy us. 4. Praise has the power to bring us into the throne of God and into the spirit realm 5. When God is praised, you receive the sword of deliverance. You receive the power to destroy the devil. 6. Praise is a mighty weapon of warfare. 7. Praise will expel all binding spirits: Satan cannot stay in a house full of worship and praise directed to God. 8. Praise excites the presence of God 9. Praises unburden the soul: Isaiah 61:3 (NIV) provide for those who grieve in Zion to bestow on them a crown of beauty instead of ashes, the oil of joy instead of mourning, and a garment of praise instead of a spirit of despair. They will be called oaks of righteousness, a planting of the LORD for the display of his splendor. 10. Praise can bring you powerful deliverance. 11. Praise can destroy unclean thoughts. Worship is not only a powerful tool to destroy the enemy but also, I believe that worship is simply prayer set to music. It is a vital part of a church service. A worship team that is well prepared spiritually and musically will help prepare the hearts of the people to receive the Word of God. Praise and worship should not be skipped. It is important to never be late. You will miss an opportunity to glorify God. Worship can also be a powerful tool you can use to witness and bring glory to God. It is a testimony of our love for God when nonbelievers see Christians encountering God.
