WHY IS THE V.A. VERBALLY THREATING OUR VETERANS WITH THE VETERANS - TopicsExpress

WHY IS THE V.A. VERBALLY THREATING OUR VETERANS WITH THE VETERANS EVALUATION SERVICES? The Veterans Evaluation Services (V.E.S.), number one isn’t the V.A., nor do they provide any medical or treatment services for our Veterans! However, they will and have threaten our Veterans benefits if they do not adhere to their appointment. An appointment that is scheduled by them (not the V.A.) to evaluate our Veterans claims of injuries they sustained while in the Military. Claims that were already evaluated by the V.A. Medical staff previously and already received a benefits award by the V.A. Benefits Center. The V.E.S. is a FOR-PROFIT Company that has won a contract by the V.A. to re-evaluate Veterans Claims even though Federal Courts will not allow Veterans to lose any benefits that have been awarded to them by the V.A. Benefits Center. The United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit ruled that “unchecked incompetence” (May 11, 2011) in regards to the V.E.S., in their attempt to strip Veterans from their benefits during their re-evaluation process. The V.E.S. is the same Organization that came under attack by the Veterans United for Truth and Veterans for Common Sense, two nonprofit organizations. Furthermore, V.E.S. lost their battle in court because of the efforts by these two Non-Profit Veterans Organizations. And from the Veterans I’ve talked to here in Texas, the V.E.S. is only acquiring Benefit Claims that were already awarded to our Veterans. There are not providing initial claims for our Vets, their re-evaluating previously awarded claims and my question is why?... Does this sound familiar to anyone, the I.R.S. scandal, where they were only focused on Conservation or Veterans Non-Profit Organizations… Thoughts by anyone?
