WHY IS ZAMBIA POLICE SILENT??????? WHY CANT STATE SECRET BE PROTECTED??? In Zambia we have people who leave their homes, wives/husbands and children going to what they call work, their livelihood is sustained by such works, all their bills are taken care of by the same work...... Some of these people are on oath These people use government fuel, these people have the power of action to the good cause of protecting Zambia, its people and its President. Today we are seeing a situation in our country never witnessed before, when was leaking of of classified state information considered non criminal? When did Zambia signed to tolerate acts of terrorism? When did economic sabotage become non criminal? When private companies get the rights and authority to operate as a government to an extent of practicing Espionage? When did it become legal to Evade tax? When did it become legal to kill another person in our country? if there has never such changes from our constitution why is Zambia police and other security wing silent to protect the people of Zambia, its economy and its President? All these people are paid every month to do their jobs and ensure such serious crimes are stopped, if all these crimes are not being faught why are these criminals robbing us by withdrawing salaries beside risking national security? This is unacceptable, whereby we can even read someone with impunity saying I HAVE EATEN A LOT AND WILL CONTINUE I WONT RETIRE... AND THAT A PERSON MAKING HEADLINES.....How i LOVE HON. MUNKOMBWE kkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkk Cartel should be declared a terrorist group, they are saboteurs, they are simply also involved in Espionage as if they are a government, they are tax evaders.....THESE CRIMINALS Should be arrested for all these crimes and also for homicide. THESE CRIMINALS ARE WELL KNOWN. ECONOMIC SABOTAGE is the practice of undermining the economy of a nation. It is a tactic used to pressure governments. The power of the markets is such, that it may be wielded as a weapon to damage the stability a countries economy, raising food/fuel prices, interest rates on international debts and other factors important to an economy. ESPIONAGE is the practice of spying or of using spies, typically by governments to obtain political and military information. the camouflage and secrecy of espionage synonyms: spying, undercover work, cloak-and-dagger activities, surveillance, reconnaissance, intelligence, eavesdropping, infiltration, cyberespionage, counter-espionage, counter-intelligence TERRORISM is said to be unofficial or unauthorized use of violence and intimidation in the pursuit of political aims. TAX EVASION is the illegal non-payment or underpayment of tax One scholar once said Behaviors immediately punished reduces in frequency where as Behaviors immediately rewarded increases in frequency. Sata has a huge task ahead of him to clean and sweep Zambia as he promised, we know its not about him but his loyal team because he has given some people the power of action, those who have failed should be fired and arrested for treasonable charges undressing the Presidency.
