WHY IT MATTERS WHO THE NEXT FLORIDA GOVERNOR IS? Economist and independent candidate Farid Khavari supports medical marijuana and full legalization as well. He is the only candidate who points out the crucial role of the governor in implementing medical marijuana according to the terms of Amendment 2.
