WHY M7 is UGANDA’s ONLY VISIONARY LEADER If I were DR. RUHAKANA RUGUNDA I would be understanding that M7 will dump me any time. The OPM is a trap for senior Ugandan leaders that could realy or imaginary fail the Long term Vision of M7 for UG Reading from his book , the mastered seed , its very clear M7 has long term plans /projects for Uganda and has remained true to this. How?- He has set-up several teams and recycled members from many of these teams to ensure that the Projects&Plans he has for Uganda are achieved. That’s why at certain point in his tenure he has hired even whites to push for his plans. M7 wants a powerful Uganda both militarily, economically,industrially and socially. His vision is beyond personal enrichment (m7 has no yatch,has no executive personal Jets,hotels,etc..its hard to hide such for 25yrs)---just look at other greedy members that have served under him—they quickly, steal, build,acquire and spend lavishly on anything that would showcase them as Powerful (personal vision not Uganda vision…just see Amama Mbabazi’s car scandle and how he Is handling himself after this sacking). Museveni has contributed to culture in many ways,,restoration of monarchs,writing a dicotionary. Non of members on his team including amama and Dr.rugunda, Gen.Otafire etc…have anything to show Ugandans apart from the rhetoric that they were NRA fighters that liberated Uganda. Ruhakana rugunda who has now risen to PM has started his fall. M7 has mastered the art of Using such people and how to dump them. Rugunda who seems to have been a clean man will fall with disgrace like Amama becoz the OPM is the most tempting office which M7 will use to trap seemingly greedy members on the team. Rugunda should watchout but must prepare for his unavoidable fall. What does M7 want? HE is the only leader in the region and Africa that has managed a transfer of power from one generation to another but maintained the same Vision. He needs to drop off the Bush war generation and leave Uganda in the hands of the NRM Children. Its not a shame when Muhoozi Generation takes over and performs even much better than the Old guards. U can clearly see Katumba Wamala is nolonger Visible. M7 needs a Powerful Uganda ahead of all EAC member states if all Ugandans will keep ahead of other countries in the region. Most Ugandan politicians and even members on M7 team rarely discuss/ see Uganda as a regional force. Look at Besigye, Mugisha Muntu, Nandala Mafabi, UPC, CP, DP etc all they talk of is cheap local tribal politics of Uganda when M7 is in Arusha, Mombasa, Kigali and or Bujumbura and Juba (this is why he says he is the only man with vision) M7s children are not holding any cabinet positions compared to other long serving leaders in Africa. Yet this is a common vice for most Africa leaders.
