WHY PEOPLE ACCEPT ISLAM? Islam is the truth and wowsoever started his/her journey in search of the truth received guidance from the Creator and accepted Islam. It is however, an unfortunate reality that, by and large, we Muslims are not representing Islam, as we are Muslims by name only because we born in Muslim families, and unlike converted Muslims who accepted Islam searching the truth and out of conviction. This is a very shameful dilemma for us all. It is however, a great responsibility on us all to present ourselves to the new converts as role models. We know through ealy Islamic history that among the converts were ‘Amr ibn ‘Absah who had rejected the idolatry of his people and sought the truth; and Salman al-Farisi who journeyed from Zoroastrianism, Judaism, Christianity to Islam. The reason for the conversion of these companions and others like them can be named as “truth seekers” Accordingly, we all need to search for the truth with an open mind and find out the true virtues of Islam and must also be prepared tp take up its related responsibilities. I have published ten (10) books in series, named: “IN SEARCH OF THE TRUTH SERIES”, which were intended for free distribution, but due to minimum price restriction from Amazon, they are available on a nominal price.
