WHY SMILING MAKES US FEEL HAPPY: The face and the brain both obtain blood supply from the same source,the carotid artery.When we frown or Smile the facial muscle tighten across the skull, causing the tiny blood vessels to become compressed. This affects the common blood supply in the carotid artery resulting in the slight alteration in the amount of blood supplied to the brain. This in turn, result in the either releasing or suppressing chemical message to alter our moods.........i know u might be hurt.........i know u can be sad..........i know u might feel bad but give 'SMILE' thus the chance to do its work in the body. That is try to smile even though u feel unhappy.
