Dont want anyone actually looking for it) that takes something like 7 to 14 days to kill you. If you served them in a dish such as a pot roast, youve got about 2 weeks to get out of town. They might not even discover the cause of death. A year or so ago I had the strangest experience. I was in the grocery store and decided to buy a gallon of organic milk. I didnt think much about it until the next day when I poured myself a glass to drink. My first sip stopped me cold as memories from my childhood came flooding back. The milk tasted like milk USED to taste when I was growing up. I hadnt noticed the difference and had you asked me if milk tasted strange PRIOR to that sip, I would have said, No, milk tastes like it always has. It wasnt until I tasted milk from cows who hadnt been injected with a cocktail of steroids and antibiotics, that I realized what Id been drinking for years. Our grandparents lived longer and were healthier with less medical care than we are today. They were eating fresh vegetables - many times grown in their own gardens - the meat they ate was from a farm less than an hours drive away. They werent eating fruits picked green miles away and allowed to ripen in transit. Their fruits and vegetables were fresh. They made their own bread. Thats what they meant by home cooked meals. Look at us today. Were overweight, out of shape and everyone who can afford it is under a doctors care. Almost everyone is being treated for high blood pressure. Heart conditions or diabetes. We need to wake up!
