WIND ADVISORY We just received a wind advisory from the National Weather Service (NWS) for tomorrow (Nov. 9, 2014). In summary, it is in effect from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m., with peak wind speeds expected between 1 and 4 p.m. Below 20000 feet, wind speeds of 20 to 30 MPH are expected with gusts to 40 MPH. At elevations above 2000 feet, winds of 30 to 40 MPH are expected with gusts up to 60 MPH. Winds this strong can make driving difficult, especially for high profile vehicles, so exercise caution on the roadways tomorrow. The NWS advises that scattered power outages breaking limbs are possible. View the entire advisory:
