WINSTED – IVES – Joan L. Ives, passed away on Sunday, May 25, 2014. She was the loving wife of the late Howard F. Ives. Born on January 26, 1932 in Winsted , CT ; the daughter of the late Randall and Mary (Carey) Peck. She leaves her children, Valerie (Scott), Clayton (Lesley), Lisa, Laurie (Rodney) and David (Tina); brother, Randall J. Peck, Jr.; several grandchildren and great grandchildren; one great, great grandchild; special niece, Maureen Ison; many nieces and nephews; and her beloved dog, Peanut. She was predeceased by a daughter, Sharon Webb, a son-in-law, Ned and two sisters, Barbara Louchen and Carol Hiler. Friends may call on Friday, May 30, 2014 at Montano-Shea Funeral Home, 922 Main Street , Winsted from 10 – 12 PM with a funeral service at noon. Burial will follow at Forest View Cemetery , Winsted.
