WINTER STORM WARNING ISSUED...FINAL FORECAST UPDATE... The NWS - TopicsExpress

WINTER STORM WARNING ISSUED...FINAL FORECAST UPDATE... The NWS office in Sterling DID issue a Winter Storm Warning for 3-6 inches of SNOW. However, I question its necessity. I think a high level WWA would have been good, like we had, but theyre the official source, not me. That said, I will up my forecast to 3 to 5 inches of SNOW for Howard County, MD, from this storm. Which would not necessitate a warning, but it is what it is. SCHOOL-WISE... Probabilities really havent changed that much. Lets go 60-30-10 for HCPSS, on-time/delay/close. I really dont know in that regard. The fact theyve used all the built in days will not help in the push for another day off. That I do know, but other than that as far as the weather side goes, its really a crapshoot.
