WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY IN EFFECT UNTIL 4 AM TUESDAY FOR NORTHERN AND EASTERN KLAMATH COUNTY, AND ALL OF LAKE COUNTY IN SOUTHERN OREGON The National Weather Service office in Medford, Oregon has issued the Winter Weather Advisory due to expected snowfalls that will accumulate to 1 - 3 inches in the lower elevation areas, and up to 6 inches possible in the higher terrain. Winds gusting to near 30 miles an hour will create blowing snow and limited visibility at times as well. Highways impacted for travel include Highways 97, 140, 31, and 395 along with all county and city roads within the advisory area. Expect snow covered and icy roads. Conditions may be hazardous at times. Locations included in the advisory include....Chemult, Crescent, Gilchrist, Summer Lake, Christmas Valley, Bly, Paisley, Lakeview, Warner Ski Area, and Adel.
