WISCONSIN UPDATE: This week we all sift through all the backroom deals and outrages in the state budget approved late at night by Joint Finance Committee. The low lights include the outrageous vote to rejection billions of federal dollars for BadgerCare, state-wide expansion of the failed voucher school experiment, a huge tax giveaway to the wealthy, the legalization of bail bondsmen to prey on the poor, and eleventh hour sneak attacks on independent investigative journalism and student democracy. WALKER AND COMPANY HAVE SET THIS STATE IN A DOWNWARD SPIRAL THAT WE MAY NEVER BE ABLE TO COME OUT OF. WHY WOULD ANYONE WANT TO RESIDE IN A STATE WITH NO OPPORTUNITY, NO JOBS, LOSS OF EDUCATIONAL OPPORTUNITIES, THE SLEAZE OF BAIL BONDSMEN, YELLOW JOURNALISM AS A RESULT OF CENSORSHIP, ETC... It is easy to predict mass exodus!
