WISDOM TO RULE YOUR WORLD SEMINAR DAY 1 Leadership deals with so much responsibility, of which has made some to drop, cause they feel, thay cant handle it... Nothing comes easily, thats why we work daily... You will eventually not rule, if you lack the responsibilty or traits of a leader... To rule means to contribute to this world... FEW OF THE THINGS YOU SHOULD KNOW BEFORE YOU CAN BE A RULER.. 1. Discover yourself... If you cant realize who you are, no one else will... Until you are able to trace or discover who you are, you cannot rule. Ask yourself; what were you created for? A king who doesnt know hes a king will do nothing, he will command nothing.. As a matter of fact, he lives like every other man... Knowing who you are makes you stand out... It creates, develop and increased your horizon to become, walk and act like it... People would not want to celebrate a man who knows nothing about who he is. Go to school, but much more than that discover your self... 2. Use your gifts to solve problems.. The world is not looking for the why, everyone wants a man who will tell the, the how... What are you solving? Whith what you have, how many people have you been able to impact knowledge on? Youve got to learn how to use what you have to solve problems...This world is in a big trouble, the man who solves it, rules... 3. Love; you cant rule a people you dont love... As a matter of fact leadership is lovely to handle, when you are dealing with people you love... Love, be cheerful to people, organize your self not to give fake love, but real love... When you show love to people. They summit to your authority without knowing... Youve got to show love... 4... Be sincere: There are leaders and there are real leaders.. As a matter of fact, youll go far, if you can be sincere... Say the truth at all times, no matter what it takes.. Youve got to be sincere... 5. Be a learner.. Why somany drops, is because everyone feels they know all... People respect a leader who will stand still and learn from a follower.. Its really not easy, but youve got to be humble enough to learn from anybody... Be humble. You dont have to be the head always... Knowing this, makes you rule. Lets learn together...
