WISHES If wishes existed you would be with me now At a place far from here Emotionally weaved Intellectually entwined Discovering the whats and whys... Speaking to each other through one mind One heart One spirit... Ancient Against each other we lean a field before us lay Entranced by the moon like a huge sliver locket and the stars its endless diamond necklace A warm soft breeze whispers our name The wildflowers dance to the winds ethereal melody also adorn your hair A halo You are my angel my heart sings to the breeze Your face is cast towards the heavens Confessing your hopes your dreams Your eyes reflect The Moon turning into crystal pools of light of which I would so willingly drown The wind whispers once more A symphony amongst the leaves the grass the flowers... My soul I gaze upon your upturned face My heart so overfull Your breath catches An unmolested tear descends slowly to your lips Sparkling in the moonlight It hangs pregnant threatening to fall I save it with a kiss You turn to me with an embrace Oh so warm and full of Love I hold on tight Never wishing to let go Your head laid softly on my shoulder Eyes full of the sky A star falls from heaven Gods finger running through the celestial pool And I wish... Wish that wishes did come true. More of a poem Heather, but Ill change it a bit if need be ;)
