WIT is now offering 20 college places on its new Artisan Food Business Development course – the places are FREE under the Government’s Springboard programme. This course is designed to assist existing and prospective artisan food producers in developing sustainable enterprises. It includes hands-on experience in testing and developing an artisan food product idea along with mentoring through the business development process.
