WITCHDOCTORS: CHIEF JUSTICE willy mutunga is quoted in todays sunday nation advising kenyans to seek help from witchdoctors like his people of kitui where he comes from because court cases are expensive and foolish. Other ways of solving disputes he says in page 13 include elders,mosques and churches. Now before u go to a witchdoctor in kitui or wherever let me share with you a story i heard last year. A man was in serious trouble and spending years in prison seemed inevitable so with the help of three other men he hired the services of a witchdoctor. Trouble started when this witchdoctor started demonstrating how lethal he was,mimi nikipitisha mkono tu hivi kwa tumbo ya huyo mama anapata cancer ya tumbo mara moja. Nikifinya jicho moja hivi judge anachanganyikiwa. Hata mkitaka niweke mtu kitu kwa uso mimi nitaweka,the witchdoctor continued. To cut a long story short nilikuta hao majamaa kwa car bazaar wakijadiliana vile watakata links na huyo witchdoctor,they wanted his help but instead they got terror,his demonstrations scared them stiff.
