WITNESSES CONTRADICT OWN STATEMENTS Osun Governorship Election Tribunal 2014 After the resumption of break by the tribunal, other witnesses called by the petitioners were Oladimeji Sulaiman, Omojaro Oladapo and Kola Olamide who all claimed to be PDP supervisors in ward 3, ward 4 and ward 6 of Osogbo local government respectively. All the witnesses said they were accredited and voted on the election day in their various polling units. Olomide, who specifically said that other voters were also allowed to vote was confronted with his written statement where he claimed that members of PDP were not allowed to vote and the respondents’ counsel were able to establish that the witness had contradicted himself. Oladimeji, Oladapo and Olomide told the tribunal that the PDP polling agents they supervised on the said day signed the result forms for each of their polling units after the conclusion of the poll. They also said in their various testimonies that being the PDP collation agents for their wards, they also signed the result at their wards’ collation centers after all the result had been compiled.
