WLC Peeps: Just in talking to a few of you I just thought I would suggest a few things (take them or leave them they are just suggestions from my experience) 1. STOP FREAKING OUT -this truly is not a diet its a lifestyle change... kinda one of those things you only get when you are actually doing it. But there is absolutely NO REASON of you to be hungry/hangry at any point during the 56 days.... so if you are YOU ARE DOING IT WRONG!! lol I wouldnt say its easy but great results are most definitely attainable!! 2. Print out both the Nutrition Doc and the Rules Doc and bring them to the information Session. Or at the VERY least the Nutrition document. You are gonna have questions and you may as well write the answers on that document. Also you will refer to this doc probably a million times during the first week or so until things become routine and Im telling you right now you WILL LEARN A LOT during this challenge about food!! 3. DO NOT JUDGE THE FIRST WEEK - the first week you MAY feel a little bit sluggish as your body will be adjusting to the reduced sugar/white flour/other crap intake. Dont plan on PRing this week or running any marathons. REMEMBER THIS IS FOR LONG TERM Results!! Stay in there Tiger!! ARex Tip (for those with really crappy diets): If you would like to reduce what I call the first week lag effect you may want to consider starting to reduce some of the more obvious junk foods down to 2-3 servings a week and up your water intake to just more than you are right now. 4. ALLOW YOURSELF TO GET INTO IT!! I found that the more I commented on reflections, interacted with everyone, browsed the blogs, videos and resources on the WLC website the more I got out of this challenge!! I hope this helps calm some nerves about the challenge as it truly was and will be one of the most Positive, Healthy things Ive ever done for myself.... second ONLY to joining Element!!! Stay Rexy My Friends, ARex Out!
