Thank you Casey Conner and The Staff at the Black Mountain Course that keep it looking great!! -BIG Thank You goes out to Casey Conner and the crew of Black Mountain Parks and Rec for rebuilding the backside of hole 10’s green. Looks awesome!! -Thank You to Lookout Brewery and John Garcia for sponsoring the CTP (Closest to Pint)!!! Awesome!! -Glow Dubs to start on Novermber 3rd!!!!! -Motion passed to authorize David Kenny to use Club proceeds to purchase necessary materials for Glow Event. ( Glow Sticks, Tape,…) • Richmond Hill - Day Dubs set to roll!!! Thank you Mike Catanese!! - Birdie Pool is at $400+. -Ace Pool is at $250 with reserve. - Rogue Drop Zone to be removed on hole 9. Thank You Thomas Williams!!! - Tyler Wooddy to pursue unifying the key system for simplicity’s sake. Thank You Tyler Wooddy!!! - Bengi Rogers doing a terrific job as TD for the weekly PM Dubs and now has keys to change baskets at will. Thank You Bengi Rogers!!!! Joshua Easterling has your “Official” shirt for you!! • Lake Julian -New Holes are designed and awaiting approval from Duke Power. - 70+ Memebrs have handicaps thanks to the newly formed Handicap League. Participants have dropped an average of 3.5 strokes from their first five rounds to their last five rounds. Awesome!!! Thank You Tyler Wooddy and all who was able to participate!!!!!!! • Sand Hill -The Club is in pursuit of baskets to fill out the eighteen hole layout and is in the meantime in the process of purchasing and installing eighteen sleeves. Workdays to be announced… • Monthly -Most recently held at Mars Hill University. -Attended by 16 players -Ace Pool is over $100 -To be held at Richmond Hill for the upcoming date Merchandise -$624 turned in from merchandise sales to be alocated to a fund for course improvements -Winter order to be placed asap. -Asheville Adventure Rentals to carry hats and T shirts for the club. Thank You AAR!!!!!!! Francisco Vargas to pursue. -Bret to order 50 additional Light Weight putters to be given to Keith Zog Aitken to be dispersed at his discretion during his youth oriented events. Thank You Universal Joint!!!! -Club to pursue finally getting a bathroom at Richmond Hill. -Club to send 10 Club Stamped Discs and Minis to our “penpal” club in Chile. -Jeff Flake to design a Club Activities flyer to be posted on strategic holes around Richmond Hill Course to advertise weekly and monthly events New Business -Joshua Easterling to generate new Sponsorship Forms.
