WOD - 26 April Saturday 26 April 2014: SCHEDULED CLASSES RUN 9-12; OPEN GYM FROM 12-1 ONLY Warm-up: As necessary Strength: Make up lifts and/or skills missed during week, as necessary. MOBILITY! Assistance: Start wod to accommodate as many heats as necessary. WOD (AMRAP20) · Prowler push followed by 200m run · This wod is done in a conga line format with an equal number of athletes on each “team” (max = 4-5 if accommodated by class size). Athlete1 pushes the prowler down (high hold) and back (low hold). As soon as Athlete1 is finished with the prowler, Athlete1 runs 200m and Athlete2 immediately begins the next prowler push. After 20 minutes, complete whatever round your team is in so that each athlete has completed an equal number of prowler pushes / runs. Run in multiple heats if necessary placing athletes of similar ability on the same team.
